Viewed as a trusted resource and advisor, she has held leadership roles at a variety of management consulting firms, including Prism Healthcare Partners, Wellspring Partners/Huron Consulting Group, and Century Business Services (CBIZ).
In 2007, Bridgette relocated to the Turks and Caicos Islands where she founded and managed an HR consulting practice, BNC Consulting Group, Ltd. During her time in TCI, Bridgette worked with local government and business leaders to help build HR infrastructure and develop human capital. She consulted in a range of industries including hospitality, financial services, and government.
