Passing the Torch to a Prepared Generation

The year 2050 represents a pivotal milestone for The Restoration — the moment when the first full phase of our 32-year plan reaches fulfillment, and the torch is intentionally passed to a new generation of leaders. But for us, 2050 is not a finish line. It is a transfer point — a moment when responsibility, infrastructure, strategy, and power move from one generation to the next, stronger and more fortified than before.

The 2050 Transformation

By 2050, our vision is to:

  • Establish a multi-billion-dollar asset portfolio

  • Secure strategic land ownership and development

  • Strengthen a global network of aligned organizations and institutions

  • Train and elevate a generation prepared to steward legacy, not just inherit it

  • Document 32 years of achievements, lessons, relationships, and systems

  • Hand forward a prepared, capable, mission-anchored successor body

We are not only investing in structures — we are investing in people who will continue the Restoration’s mission long after we are gone.

A Generation Built for Continuity

The 2050 generation will be:

  • Better resourced

  • Better educated

  • Better networked

  • Better supported

  • Better positioned to continue the Restoration

They will understand what was built, why it was built, and how to build upon it. Their role is not to start over — but to evolve what we began.

The Documentation Mandate

One of the most critical components of the 2050 Vision is recorded testimony — preserving the journey so that wisdom and strategy do not die with individuals.

We intend to provide:

  • Written histories

  • Training frameworks

  • Organizational blueprints

  • Economic models

  • Leadership succession pathways

The goal is simple: We will not force future leaders to rediscover what we already learned.
